Court Dismisses Zuma, Mbeki Push to Oust Head of Apartheid Probe
A demand by former South African Presidents Jacob Zuma and Thabo Mbeki that the head of a probe into the government’s failure to prosecute apartheid-era crimes recuse herself has been dismissed by a High Court judge.
The ruling was made on Monday by Judge Thifhelimbilu Mudau, acting deputy judge president of the Gauteng division of the High Court, court documents showed.
