Mongolia Appoints Uchral as Third Prime Minister Within a Year

Mongolia’s parliament on Monday elected Uchral Nyam-Osor as prime minister on his promise to continue efforts to bring more benefits from mining projects to its citizens, becoming the third leader of the Asian country in less than a year.
