Windhorst, who wasn’t in court and won’t be going to jail immediately, breached a prior court order related to a long running dispute with Abu Dhabi-based brokerage ADS Securities LLC, and was found in contempt on Monday. A High Court judge ruled that Windhorst’s investment vehicle Tennor Holding BV should pay €27 million ($31 million) to ADS in December 2022, but that judgment debt remains unpaid.
