Giorgia Meloni is considering replacing senior executives at several state-owned companies after a referendum loss that has cracked the Italian prime minister’s aura of invincibility, according to people familiar with the matter.

Leonardo SpA is among the businesses where leadership changes may be in store, the people said, asking not to be named with deliberations ongoing. No decisions have been made and key meetings in coming days will help clarify the situation, the people added.
