At Dieci, which is Italian for “ten,” there’s one gimmick: The menu rotates through 10 core items each month. But set that aside and this new restaurant delivers pura Italia when it comes to cuisine and experience. Even the olive oil is imported from executive chef Paolo Oliveri’s home region in central Italy.
