Spy Case at Luxury Yacht Maker Ferretti Faces Dismissal

A Milan prosecutor has asked for the dismissal of a criminal case tied to alleged corporate spying at Italian luxury yacht maker Ferretti SpA due to a lack of evidence.

The prosecutor concluded that there’s not sufficient proof to justify further criminal investigation, according to people familiar with the case, which comes amid a takeover battle between the company’s main shareholders.
