Microsoft Rents Data Center Project Developed for Oracle, OpenAI

The first building on the site in Abilene, Texas, is expected to be completed and powered by mid-2027, Crusoe, the facility’s developer, said in a statement on Friday. Bloomberg reported this week that Microsoft had agreed to rent the data center.
