China and Philippines Revive Talks Over South China Sea Dispute

The 24th Philippines-China Foreign Ministry Consultations and the 11th Meeting of the Philippines-China Bilateral Consultation Mechanism on the South China Sea are being held back-to-back in Quanzhou, China on Friday and Saturday, according to Manila’s foreign affairs department.
