BlackRock’s Fink Gets 23% Raise After Private Markets Push

BlackRock Inc. Chief Executive Officer Larry Fink received $37.7 million in compensation in 2025, a roughly 23% increase from a year earlier as the world’s biggest asset manager expanded aggressively into private markets.

President Rob Kapito was awarded $25.7 million, and Chief Financial Officer Martin Small received $13.6 million, according to a proxy filing on Friday. Chief Operating Officer Rob Goldstein was paid $15.6 million.
