Singapore Says China Can Play Bigger Role in Asia’s Stability

Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said China will be crucial in charting the path ahead for the global economy at a time when the world confronts conflict and fragmentation.

“China will play a critical role – given its growing economic weight and increasing capacity to shape global outcomes,” Wong said at the Boao Forum for Asia in Hainan on Thursday.
