Kushner’s Thrive Holdings in Talks to Raise at Least $2 Billion

Thrive Holdings, an offshoot of Joshua Kushner’s venture capital firm Thrive Capital, is in discussions to raise at least $2 billion, according to people familiar with the talks.

The company, which aims to bring new technology like artificial intelligence to traditional services industries, has already landed $1 billion in capital commitments for the new fundraising deal, one of the people said. After strong investor interest, it’s now considering raising at least another $1 billion, said the person, who asked not to be identified discussing private information.
