Thai AI Startup Amity Raises $100 Million in Push Toward IPO

Thailand’s Amity, which builds and integrates generative AI technology for businesses, raised $100 million as it gears up for a stock-market debut and accelerates its product rollout.

The company is planning an initial public offering next year, founder and Executive Chairman Korawad Chearavanont said in an interview, adding that it is weighing listing venues in Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong. The latest funding round was led by Singapore’s EDBI and included investors such as Asia Partners and SMDV.
