Hedge funds giants, usually known for operating quietly, are issuing rare statements to declare their confidence in the United Arab Emirates’ role as a financial hub even as the war in the Middle East rattles staffers.

Millennium Management reaffirmed its commitment to Dubai on Tuesday in an internal email seen by Bloomberg News. The fund is exploring ways to move its employees who no longer want to be based in the emirate to another location, but expects to maintain an office there.
