Chewy Inc. forecast sales for the year that beat analyst estimates, suggesting the online pet retailer expects strong demand to more than make up for headwinds including inflation and tariff uncertainty.

The company sees net sales for the year ending in early 2027 of $13.6 billion to $13.75 billion, beating analyst estimates of $13.59 billion and an increase of as much as 9.1% from the fiscal year that just ended. The stock, which was down 29% this year through Tuesday’s close, jumped as much as 13% in premarket trading.
