Shell Boss Warns Europe Is Next After Asia Suffers Fuel Squeeze

Sawan said the effects of the conflict continue to ripple out across global fuel markets, first in South Asia, then Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia, and increasingly in Europe as April approaches.
