Millennium Management is exploring ways to move its Dubai-based employees who no longer want to be based in the emirate to another location, as the war in the Middle East roils businesses.

The decision by the hedge fund giant will be driven by staff choices, and tax-friendly Jersey is one of the destinations being considered, a person with knowledge of the matter said, asking not to be identified because the details are private. The Channel Islands jurisdiction is one of the more than 140 global locations from which Millennium staff operate.
