Bellway Shares Tumble Amid Squeeze on Housebuilder’s Margins

The company’s margin was squeezed to 10.5% in the six months through January, down from 11% in the same period a year earlier, according to a statement on Tuesday. Bellway said it expected its underlying operating margin for the year through July to be similar to the first half at about 10.5%.
