Angola to Buy Back Bonds, Plans New Eurobond Sale

Angola is offering a cash buyback of its outstanding $1.75 billion of 8.25% notes due in 2028, according to a statement.

The oil-producing African nation is planning to sell new dollar-denominated bonds to fund the buyback, with repurchases expected to be limited to the proceeds left after allocating $1.75 billion to budget needs.
