The Securities and Exchange Commission sent two new proposed rules, one on digital assets and another on hedge fund and private equity firm disclosures, to the White House for review.

The two plans are under review by the White House’s Office of Management and Budget, according to a notice posted on a US government website. The proposals were sent on March 20 but made public on Monday.
