Dutch Finance Ministry Blocks Computer Systems After Hack

The Dutch Finance Ministry said it had blocked access to some of its computer systems after a hack was detected on March 19.

The breach affected a number of primary processes related to the work of some employees in the policy department, the ministry said. An investigation has been launched, though it is not yet known when further information will be available, a spokeswoman for the ministry said.
