Country Garden Sees Return to Profit on Debt Revamp Gain

Country Garden Holdings Co. is expected to return to profit in its 2025 results, driven by a non-cash gain from the completion of its debt restructuring.

The Chinese developer forecast a profit of 1 billion yuan ($145 million) to 2.2 billion yuan for the period ended Dec. 31, compared with a loss of about 35.1 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filingBloomberg Terminal on Monday.
