Super Micro Makes Changes After Smuggling Scandal Crushes Stock
Super Micro Computer Inc., the AI computing provider at the center of a smuggling scandal, is working to shore up its compliance operations after a stock rout erased a third of the company’s value.
Super Micro said Friday that it elevated DeAnna Luna to the role of chief compliance officer, effective immediately. Luna, who had served as vice president of global trade and sanctions compliance, previously worked at Intel Corp. and Teledyne Technologies Inc.
