Shipments of phosphorus fertilizers and ammonium sulphate from China and potash from Russia are expected to be significantly delayed, according to Ayo Sotinrin, chief executive officer of the state-owned Agriculture Bank of Nigeria. China and Russia, two of the world’s top fertilizer exporters, have informed the government of the delays, he said
