Farrer Park Is Said to Explore Sale of Singapore Hospital, Hotel

The Farrer Park Co. is exploring a sale of assets including a hospital, medical center and hotel in Singapore, according to people familiar with the matter.

The company has tapped Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to help prepare a sale and may seek a valuation of more than $2 billion for the properties, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is private.
