Two FBI agents who investigated attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election and were later fired by the Trump administration are suing to get their jobs back.

A complaint filed in US District Court in Washington against the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Director Kash Patel, the Department of Justice and Attorney General Pam Bondi claims the agents are among numerous agency employees who have been politically targeted by President Donald Trump and his allies.
