Wells Fargo Is Said to Hire UBS’s Keller to Lead M&A Structuring

Wells Fargo & Co. has hired Derek Keller from UBS Group AG as a managing director and head of M&A structuring, according to people familiar with the matter.

Keller, who will start at Wells Fargo after a standard period of leave, will be based in New York and report to Jeff Hogan, the bank’s global head of M&A, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information wasn’t public yet.
