Canada’s Population Falls for Second Consecutive Quarter

Canada’s population declined again in the fourth quarter as the number of non-permanent residents in the country continued to fall.

The country’s population dropped by 103,504 between Oct. 1 and Jan. 1, Statistics Canada reported Wednesday in its quarterly population estimate report.
