Woodside Energy Confirms Liz Westcott as New Chief Executive

Australia’s biggest natural gas producer, Woodside Energy Group Ltd., appointed Liz Westcott as chief executive officer, replacing Meg O’Neill, who took the top job at BP Plc last year.

Westcott, who has been acting CEO since December, had been running the company’s Australian operations until then. She joined the group in 2023 after previously working at EnergyAustralia Pty Ltd. and ExxonMobil Corp.
