Six Flags Taps Travis Kelce as Jana Urges Sale, Board Revamp

Activist investor Jana Partners is pushing Six Flags Entertainment Corp. to pursue a sale and appoint a new chair, according to a letter sent to the company’s board Tuesday.

Jana said it applauded the appointment of John Reilly as chief executive officer late last year and National Football League star Travis Kelce, who was recently named a brand ambassador for Six Flags.
