President Volodymyr Zelenskiy called tying Ukraine’s access to €90 billion ($103 billion) in European Union loans to the restoration of the Druzhba pipeline “blackmail.”

“I am simply saying: if we have decided to restore Russian oil supplies, then I want them to know that I am against it,” Zelenskiy told reporters at a briefing in Kyiv on Saturday.
