Ramp Acquires Billhop, Plans Expansion Across Europe and UK

Ramp Inc. is using an acquisition in Stockholm to crack open the European market, buying payments firm Billhop and its regulatory licenses to bring its $32 billion financial operations platform across the Atlantic.

European and UK businesses will be able to sign up for the New York-headquartered company’s corporate card program, vendor management, travel booking and automated bookkeeping tools in the coming months.
