Leo Pharma A/S has invited investment bankers to vie for roles in a potential initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter, as the more-than-a-century-old Danish drugmaker edges closer to going public.

The company, which focuses on skin conditions, is considering Copenhagen as a possible listing venue, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the information is private. Deliberations are ongoing and no final decisions have been made, the people said.
