Microsoft Workplace Software Chief Rajesh Jha to Retire

A long-tenured Microsoft Corp. executive that oversaw workplace applications and the Windows operating system is retiring.

Executive Vice President Rajesh Jha is leaving the software company after 35 years, he wrote in a note to workers seen by Bloomberg. Jha oversaw a massive engineering organization that included many of Microsoft’s most lucrative products.
