Kohl’s Workers Will Get More Than Target Bonus After Tough Year

Kohl’s Corp. bonus payments this year will exceed targets, according to a memo to employees viewed by Bloomberg News, as the struggling retailer sees signs that its turnaround is taking hold.

The department store chain has made progress in its foundational reset, and “outperformed our original expectations,” Chief People Officer Mari Steinmetz wrote in the memo, which was sent this week.
