Once Upon a Farm PBC, an organic kids’ snack maker co-founded by actress Jennifer Garner, will focus this year on larger pack sizes and value-oriented multipacks while expanding the number of coolers in stores to gain market share.

While the brand tends to skew toward higher-income consumers, bigger pack sizes and multi-pouch bundles can help attract middle- and lower-income shoppers by lowering the price per unit, Chief Executive Officer John Foraker said in an interview. Once Upon a Farm makes premium-priced kid-friendly food items, such as organic fruit and vegetable puree pouches, as well as bars, frozen meals and smoothie packets.
