Western Powers Rally to Defend Gulf States From Iran Attacks

Western powers including the US, Australia, France, the UK and others have stepped up efforts to defend their Gulf allies from Iranian attacks, sending additional military assets to the region.

The move comes after the Islamic Republic responded to US and Israel strikes on its territory by firing barrages of missiles and drones at the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar and other Gulf nations, damaging infrastructure and disrupting oil production.
