Wealth Firm Cresset Sees Anxiety But No Bubble in Private Credit

The spreading anxiety in the private credit market isn’t warranted based on market fundamentals, according to the new chief executive officer of wealth management firm Cresset.

“When you look at the broader portfolios of what’s happening here, we don’t see cracks. We don’t see signals that there’s something people need to be worried about,” Susie Cranston said in an interview. “We’re seeing that there might be some interesting pricing opportunities for clients.”
