BofA Hires Goldman’s Rowe as It Intensifies Global Tech Deals Push

Bank of America Corp. has hired Jason Rowe from Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to help run its technology investment banking franchise as the lender looks to strengthen its tech deals business.

Rowe is joining Bank of America as co-head of global technology investment banking and will be based in New York, according to a memo reviewed by Bloomberg News. At Goldman, he most recently served as a partner and co-headed the bank’s global software investment banking franchise.
