Software Startup Factorial in Funding Talks at $2 Billion Value

Factorial, a Spanish startup supplying human resources software to enterprises, is in early discussions to raise new funding that will double its valuation to $2 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.

The startup may raise as much as $200 million, one of the people said, requesting anonymity as the information is not public. The size of the round and valuation are not yet finalized, the people said.
