At Least 23 Die in Nairobi Floods After Heavy Rain, Police Say

At least 23 people died in flooding after rain inundated the Kenyan capital Nairobi overnight, according to police.
“The response teams remain fully deployed, actively responding to distress calls and continuing with search-and-rescue missions,” the Office of the Inspector General of the National Police said in a statement on Saturday.
