Lithuanian prosecutors charged five individuals with organizing and carrying out terrorist acts on behalf of Russian military intelligence after they attempted to plant incendiary devices on planes.

A Lithuanian citizen, acting with accomplices, used the DHL and DPD delivery services to send four packages with self-made incendiary devices in 2024, the prosecutors in Vilnius said Friday.
