The Chinese Commerce Ministry expressed “serious concerns” about the bloc’s Industrial Accelerator Act unveiled on Wednesday that imposed restrictions on foreign investment in four key sectors - batteries, electric vehicles, solar and critical raw materials - would increase uncertainty for Chinese companies investing in the EU, according to a Chinese government statement.
