Home prices in Toronto fell for a ninth straight month in February as persistent economic uncertainty sapped confidence in the market.

The benchmark price of a home in Canada’s largest city dropped 1% from January to C$932,000 ($683,300), data released Thursday by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board show. The last time the benchmark registered a monthly increase was in May, according to the seasonally adjusted figures.
