Credit Agricole Kicks Off Hunt for New London Headquarters
Crédit Agricole SA has begun scouting options for a new UK headquarters, a move that could see it depart its London home of almost four-decades.
The French bank is considering vacating Broadwalk House on the edge of the City of London where it has a lease that expires in 2030, people with knowledge of the plan said. It wants about 120,000 square feet (11,148 square meters) of space to house its London team and has viewed options in the City, Canary Wharf and Canada Water, one of the people said, asking not to be identified as the process is private.
