Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem faced a barrage of misconduct allegations before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, including about her living arrangements, a blocked watchdog, a no-bid contract awarded to a newly established company, delayed hurricane relief and a Coast Guard pilot allegedly fired over a misplaced blanket.

It was her second day of testimony on Capitol Hill after being castigated the prior day over her actions running the department, including over an expensive advertising campaign.
