Cloudflare CEO Named Suspect in Spanish Football Rights Case
A Spanish court has summoned the chief executive of Cloudflare Inc. as a suspect in a criminal investigation into illegal football broadcasting.
Matthew Prince has been summoned as a suspect by a Madrid court in an investigation into alleged crimes against intellectual property and for obstruction of justice, according to a copy of the court decision seen by Bloomberg. Prince and a representative for Cloudflare, which is also named as a suspect, are scheduled to appear in court on April 7.
