Victory CEO Says All Options on Table in Janus Pursuit

The head of Victory Capital Holdings Inc. said all “options are on the table” to pursue Janus Henderson Group Plc if the asset manager fails to respond to its unsolicited takeover offer.

“The goal of everything that we are doing is to have the special committee engage with us,” Victory Capital Chief Executive Officer David Brown said in an interview Tuesday.
