Starbucks Corp. is opening a new corporate office in Nashville to support its growth ambitions in the South and Northeast US.

The coffee chain expects the location will open later this year, which will become an office for sourcing operation teams, according to an internal memo viewed by Bloomberg News. The Wall Street Journal earlier reported the news.
