Banijay to Merge With All3Media to Form TV Powerhouse

French media group Banijay Group NV said it will merge its TV production business with rival All3Media Ltd., in a deal that will create an entertainment powerhouse with a string of hit shows on its roster.

Each partner will hold a 50% stake in the new merged entity. It’s set to reshape the European television production landscape by bringing together two of the biggest names in the industry.
