AI Key to Drive Shift to Cheaper Drone Defense, CSG’s CFO Says

Artificial intelligence is a key component for making affordable drone, counter-drone and air-defense systems, according to the chief financial officer of Czechoslovak Group NV, whose trading debut in Amsterdam marked Europe’s first major listing of the year.

The focus is important as nations must find cheaper ways to counter unmanned aerial vehicles from Ukraine to the Middle East, CFO Zdenek Jurak told Bloomberg Television in an interview on Monday, saying methods of using expensive missiles to shoot down cheap drones are not sustainable.
